I have been coming to Dr. Bock for about five years now for both filler and for Dysport. Today I am looking at maybe possibly going with a Y lift. My name is Tracy. I am 45 years old and I live in Stockton, California. I have had multiple procedures here. And the last one that I just had was the Asclepion laser and I just had that a few weeks ago. Well the reason that I had the laser was that I have melasma and I have a lot of brown spots on my face. So, that was my purpose for having it. But along with it, it has reduced the brown spots, lightened them and erased some of them off my face and it also smoothed out my face too as well. I felt that Dr. Bock had more of a variety of services to offer rather than the other dermatologists.

I had the first one done and I am so happy with the results.
Dr. Bock is a very calm and easy going doctor but yet he will throw a little joke now and then. I feel very comfortable. When I come with him I always have a question to ask him and he is always answering my questions and recommending a procedure. If there is one person in particular, Jessica and she is just always giving me so much information that I feel like I am fully knowledgeable on what will happen, what the results will be, what I can expect. For me it was very important because it took away the unknown factor. I knew exactly what I would be going through. And as she explained things, and it was happening, I felt comfortable like ‘oh ok this is supposed to happen. I don’t have to freak out.’ I know this is what is going to happen. This is the next stage. This will be the next stage, and as the time frame, that’s how I made my appointments so I knew I would be looking fairly ok when I started work again. I love coming here. This is my favorite place to come. I feel like I am Norm from Cheers because I come and they are like ‘Hi Tracie!’ So, everybody knows me by my first name so I love coming here. I feel prettier, I feel happier, I feel confident. When I leave, I am just like a different person. After having my last procedure with the Ascelepion laser, I feel prettier. My face feels smoother. And the melasma’s gone away. So, I walk around with more confidence just knowing that my face looks better. My mother is the person that has the most watchful eye on me regarding my face. And she noticed right away the difference in my face and she was like ‘Yes, go ahead and do it again.’
I would recommend anybody to Dr. Bock and I already have to multiple friends and I would tell them that if they want to feel prettier, come here.

And I was talking to her about my discontent about discoloration because I was very athletic and outside all the time. Dr. Bock created this and nobody else will touch my upper lip and my bottom lip actually. They are Dr. Bock’s lips and I love them. He can’t retire ever.

We are going to have a celebration for my daughter's Quinceañera. And I want to look younger. When you came here and the front desk. You know the girls they help you. I make a lot of questions and they are nice to me and they explain the procedures properly. You read all the background rom him and make me feel like I can trust him. When I came, you know, Dr. Bock, he took a picture for myself. And then he told me, you know, ok, this is the treatment you can have and this is not the one. Because he is very honest. He didn’t like to you know. He says ‘This is the results for the treatment you are going to have done. So that make me feel like I can trust him. He not going to just do something for do it. He is really very honest with you. They always support you, they help you and they advise you, what you can do, what you cannot do before and after this treatment. I ask for help you know to advise me what kind of creams I can use and which ones are better for my skin and they always, they are there for you. Over the phone, or when I come to the office. In treatments, they are very friendly. And they make you feel good. What I have done, that was inspiration for other people. Because I went to Mexico and I had the Quinceañera for my daughter and they haven’t seen me for three years and they looked the difference and they said, ‘wow! you look good! you look great!’ And what are you doing and I said ’Nothing just using creams.’ And they say ‘No, something else.’ And so I explained to them what I have done and everything. They make me feel I did the right decision to come over here and have done what I have done. I feel and look much better than a year ago. My kids were happy when I mention to them, what kind of procedure I am going to have done for look younger and they were excited. And when I have done my procedures, you know, and they were done, they were very happy. They really happy and they say ‘Oh, mom! My birthday is August 24, 1930. I will be 84 at the end of this month. I live in Lodi California. When you teach, I am not dancing any more at this age, but when you teach, it is interesting because when you hit 50 or 60 or 70 years, people not only think you are half dead but they also think that you can’t even think straight. So, if you look a little bit younger, then they have a little bit more credibility. Needless to say, with the young children, with the flexibility and the ability to show what I wanted them to do, it didn’t match what I looked like. So, that’s motivation to keep yourself looking young as you can, as much as you can along with diet and all that sort of thing. But a dancer really doesn’t have to worry too much about diet and keeping weight off. I had students that were Dr. Bock’s patients and I thought that was, really he did a good job. I heard that he was a really nice doctor. And he’s got a really good sense of humor. So, I am really happy with him as a person, let alone as a doctor also. I had a small face lift and some Botox. What I like especially about him is I said I don’t want to look like a sixteen-year-old eighty-four-year-old woman. And so he said, he never would do that. And I just never wanted to be like this. I wanted to be just natural. It was so slight that people didn’t know that I had a procedure. They say ‘Gosh you look good, you are looking really good.’ I say, ‘Yeah, that’s true. I am.’

They are very helpful and they always greet me with smiles. And I just love his assistants – they are wonderful! The results of my treatment, I think, speaks for itself. Especially because he does ‘before’ and ‘after’ pictures. And that’s what you compare it to. My appearance has changed after his work on me and he has made me feel very good. Because when I go out, people say ‘You look 35. You are 52? You are a grandma? Excuse me? No way!’ And that makes me feel real good. Hello my name is Saveri. And I met Dr. Bock in 2009. And he was actually recommended to me by a colleague, a dermatologist. And I decided to undergo Site on treatment, laser resurfacing. Because I had lot of sun damage, plus I had fine lines, so why not? It was a difficult experience but Dr. Bock was very diligent and whatever he told me would happen, did happen. So, my expectations were very clear and I didn’t take a long time before the skin heals fully. That’s what I like about Dr. Bock, there is no nonsense. It is what it is and no washi washu. And he just tells you what you need and what to expect truly. After that we also did some injection with Dysport and did Juvederm. We started with the lips. I actually have no upper lip, and Dr. Bock really transformed the lips I have been wanting for thirty years. So here they are and I love them. And I felt like they really look natural. And that’s one thing I appreciate that these lips are fantastic. And I see Dr. Bock regularly and enjoy what he does. Some of the reasons I like coming to Dr. Bock are, one, he is very personable, second, he is very honest and gives you correct advice. One thing I admire about Dr. Bock is he doesn’t want to put you to sleep—he doesn’t believe in that. He makes you comfortable in other ways. Most people don’t want to be put to sleep, and he is very adamant about making you comfortable in ways that don’t put you to sleep. He is someone who can make you feel better about yourself, make you like to look in the mirror again. I love coming to see Dr. Bock and all of his staff. Every time I come in here, they make me feel warm and welcome. And the staff does not act like I am a bother. They really care about you. They want you to be comfortable. They explain everything to you step-by-step before they ever do it. They make you feel as comfortable as possible. The office is kind of like a Zen state to me. Dr. Bock cannot leave his practice. He has to stay here and take care of all the women in his life.

I have done the Croton Oil Peel and love it. I feel like I look in my 40’s and I am almost 70. The girls in the office are the best and Dr. Bock does whatever makes you happy. I did the laser 10 years ago and it was also great. They keep up on all up-to-date procedures.

I lost 120 pounds and from the looks of me then it was all in my neck. Dr. Bock gave me a lift on my neck and it came out great. I was so excited when he was finished and my neck lift looked great. I am not from Stockton area but travel to see Dr. Brock for laser consultation for my melasma on my face. He is very professional and gives me options for treatment. After I decided to do Halo laser for my melasma, the results were great because hyperpigmentation had resolved. I will definitely come back for routine maintenance and treatment of my facial hyperpigmentation.

Wonderful and welcoming practice! The receptionists, nurses, and Dr. Bock are friendly, courteous, helpful, professional, and experts in what they do. Both nurses who helped me are great and I am sorry, I didn’t get their names. The last time I visited the practice was 14 years ago and I was impressed my file was still on record. Dr. Bock remembered and one of the nurses noted she knows the nurse who made the notes on my file. Dr. Bock is amazing and extremely knowledgeable so he took one look at my skin issue and provided solutions for me to try. I noticed a noticeable improvement after I got home from picking up my prescription from the pharmacy. The wait time was short and even with the small delay, which I was kindly informed about, the whole visit from check-in to me pulling out of the parking lot was under an hour for my entire visit. When making my appointment, I called on a Friday and got an appointment the following Monday. Overall, my skin issue was not pleasant but my visit to this office was definitely wonderful. I’ll be visiting this practice again for my dermatology needs. 🙂 Thank you Dr. Bock and staff!

I called California skin & laser center on October 10, 2018 I had skin issue and also had weekend plans. The receptionist on the phone was very nice. She got me in the very next day October 11 @9:30 a.m. Dr. Bock is one of the best dermatologist I have seen. He’s friendly, patient and. Kind and has a sense of humor also. I was called in quickly and was completely done before 10:00 a.m. His staff is also great too. I trust Dr. Bock with my skincare. I like the fact that I’m not waiting a long time to be seen.
