Standard USPS economy shipping is FREE for U.S. purchases; expedited U.S. rates are also available. Shipping outside the U.S. will be a flat rate of US$24.00 and will be shipped by a method determined by the seller, most likely FedEx, economy-style rate.

Terms & Conditions

Tyrell, the manufacturer of Zeno, will not guarantee that Zeno will work to treat your acne. When it does work, in Dr. Bock's opinion, it works best for a few newly emerging blemishes, in people with just a few blemishes (8 or less) or for women who have a few new blemishes related to menstrual cycles. It is FDA approved to treat mild to moderate acne. It will not work with severe (including nodule-cystic) acne. Zeno will not replace prescription medications or a prescription treatment program designed by a dermatologist or other physician.

If you purchase Zeno, you will not be given a refund if it does not work to your satisfaction in clearing your acne, so carefully consider your decision to purchase the unit. We regret to do this, but the manufacturer will not accept returns.

The manufacturer will guarantee the product free of production defects for 1 year, but it must be returned directly to the manufacturer for a replacement unit.
